Ok, so I made a dumb mistake the other day by not thinking first. I changed my theme of this site, and forgot to add my Google Analytics code to the new template, now a have a gapping whole in my reports, luckily I guess it was only for a week and I discovered and solved the problem.
Don't let this happen to you, make sure you include your tacking code on any new layouts.
